Monad Ticketing is recruiting for two part-time Support and Learning Officers.
We’re looking for people who are interested in helping change the way that the arts and event industries use technology. As the regular point of contact for all partners using the Monad Ticketing system, most of your day will be spent triaging incoming calls and emails, helping solve complicated problems and sharing best practice solutions to help them get the most out of the system. Using the Freshdesk suite, you will support a small, but busy, team that strives to offer excellent customer service; managing support tickets and calls, prioritising and delegating tasks to ensure no query goes unanswered.
