Some bug fixes:
Fix for the folder picker script (which we’d patched onto almost all sites anyway) that was stopping reports from running
Fix for error thrown when a running basket control was on pages with no session state (e.g. the Logged Out page)
Fix for overflow date bug when entering 1/1/0001 as a date for an On Sale Scheme
Fix styles related to the basket link / item count.
Data searches on some reports optimised
Copy & Paste folder now copies and pastes Price Band Groups and Layouts too, and updates products and price schemes to use the new copies.
