Mostly minor bug fixes:
- New theme control option to have a site logo image vary per folder (for white-labelling shows as an agency)
- Linking into an order when the Shift Selection feature is active no longer loses the order id
- Scheduled jobs now running again.
- Where one member uses another member’s membership code or two member’s accounts are linked, we now keep track of how many items they’ve had at the membership discount rate properly.
- Reports now run using an AJAX call instead of populating an iFrame.
