Software version 2.55.6.0 introduces our new look order search page; over the coming weeks we’ll gradually release this to partner sites, so here’s a quick heads up on what you can expect.
As a continuation of our process to help users get to their content quicker, we’ve updated the page to reduce the space searching takes, bringing the results higher on the page.
Over the coming months, this updated interface will also be made available on the ‘Reservation’, ‘Basket’, ‘Customer’, ‘Prospect’ and ‘Topic’ searches. As with all system functionality improvements we’re keen to hear what you think, so please do contact the support team with any feedback you have using the tools.

You’ll be familiar with the old style page, with the ‘Order and Payment’, ‘Delivery’, ‘Customer and Operator’ and ‘Product’ tabs, which allowed you to build your search criteria across the tabs, before pressing the ‘Search’ button to perform the query:
Our improved user interface shrinks the space taken up by searching down to a small header bar:
As you click on each option, you’ll be presented with the search fields under each section. You’ll find that searching is much quicker, happening automatically as soon as you select an option, while you can still build complex searches using multiple options, separately or combining complex queries.
