Dear customer,
As you may be aware, our customers suffered authorisation issues from 17:50 onwards yesterday, 07/11/2019.
Our hosting providers start looking into this and found that our primary and standby system were affected. As soon as we knew that it was a connection issue to our Ash site we switched to our DR site after which customers would have started authorising again.
The issue with the primary was fixed at 19:06 when we switched back to the primary servers. Our authorisation service is now running normally on our primary servers.
We will send you a report on the what caused the issue once we have received it from our hosting provider.
