Anderson Zaks Mastercard Issue

Just had notice from Anderson Zaks that they have been made aware of a issue which has meant there are, “intermittent declines on MasterCard branded cards.” . Apparently it is now solved but there may have been a period yesterday evening where there were more declines than normal for Mastercard/Maestro cards.

As always the Chart Card Payment Failures Day View report, (under the financial tab), can go someway to giving you an idea as to whether or not you were particularly affected.

MasterCard have confirmed that the issues yesterday evening were due to a partial outage on their network.

It appears that the problems were resolved and I confirm that we have seen no further timeout since around 7:30pm yesterday.
