Online transaction proportion

Here’s another thing that should probably have been a press release if I’d had time to write it… our newest customer, Shetland Arts Development Agency (http://tickets.shetlandarts.org/) has seen the proportion of tickets sold on line more than double between their last full month on Tessitura and their first full month on Monad!

One thing that I know we’ve not been brilliant at (and this forum to some extent exists to address) is getting existing customers using the new functionality that we’ve added, so if you like the look of what Shetland Arts have got and would like your website to function more like that, let us know!

One thing we built for them that I expect to be useful for other people is the way films also have strands - separate from / alongside genres - which makes it possible to highlight 3d, relaxed and autism friendly screenings:
